Airport and aviation security services
This European Standard specifies service requirements for quality in organisation, processes, personnel and management of a security service provider and/or its independent branches and establishments under commercial law and trade as a provider with regard to civil aviation security services. It lays down quality criteria for the delivery of civil aviation security services requested by public and private clients or buyers. This European Standard is suitable for the selection, attribution, awarding and reviewing of the most suitable provider of civil aviation security services.

Die vorliegende Dienstleistungsnorm legt Anforderungen an Qualität in Bezug auf Organisation, Vorgänge,
Personal und Verwaltung eines Sicherheitsdienstleisters/Sicherungsdienstleisters und/oder seiner unabhängigen
Zweigstellen und Niederlassungen nach Handelsrecht als Anbieter von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen/
Sicherungsdienstleistungen für die Zivilluftfahrt fest.
Sie legt Qualitätskriterien für das Erbringen von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen/Sicherungsdienstleistungen für
die zivile Luftfahrt fest, die von öffentlichen und privaten Kunden oder Abnehmern nachgefragt werden. Diese
Norm ist geeignet für die Auswahl, Zuteilung, Auftragsvergabe an und Kontrolle des (den) am besten
geeigneten Anbieters von Sicherheitsdienstleistungen/Sicherungsdienstleistungen für die Zivilluftfahrt.

La présente norme de service spécifie les exigences de qualité relatives à l'organisation, aux processus, au personnel et à la gestion d'un prestataire de services de sécurité et/ou de ses succursales et établissements indépendants en vertu du droit commercial, agissant en tant que prestataire en matière de services de sûreté de l'aviation civile.
Elle spécifie des critères de qualité relatifs à la prestation des services de sûreté de l'aviation civile demandés par des clients ou acheteurs publics et privés. La présente norme est adaptée à la sélection, l'attribution, l'adjudication et la revue du prestataire de services de sûreté de l'aviation civile le plus approprié.

Ta evropski standard določa storitvene zahteve za kakovost pri organizaciji, postopkih, osebju in upravljanju izvajalca varnostnih storitev in/ali njegovih neodvisnih podružnicah in ustanovah v skladu z gospodarskim pravom in trgovino kot izvajalca varnostnih storitev v civilnem letalstvu. Določa merila kakovosti za izvajanje varnostnih storitev v civilnem letalstvu, ki jih zahtevajo javne in zasebne stranke ali kupci. Ta evropski standard je primeren za izbor, dodelitev, oddajo in preverjanje najprimernejšega izvajalca varnostnih storitev v civilnem letalstvu.
