This document defines an additional data concept that may be transferred as the ‘optional additional data ’ part of an eCall MSD, as defined in EN 15722, that may be transferred from a vehicle to a PSAP in the event of a crash or emergency via an eCall communication session.
The purpose of this document is to provide means to notify the PSAP of any limitations to the sending equipment that are endorsed by other standards, but not (immediately) apparent to the receiver. Lack of knowledge about these limitations can hamper the emergency process. This document describes an additional data concept which facilitates the inclusion of information about such limitations in a consistent and usable matter.
This document can be seen as an addendum to EN 15722; it contains as little redundancy as possible.

Dieses Dokument legt ein ergänzendes Datenkonzept fest, das als „optionaler zusätzlicher Datenteil“ eines eCall-MSD, wie in EN 15722 definiert, von einem Fahrzeug im Fall eines Unfalls oder Notfalls über eine eCall-Kommunikationssitzung an eine Notrufzentrale übertragen werden kann.
Der Zweck dieses Dokuments besteht darin, Mittel zur Verfügung zu stellen, mit denen die PSAP über jegliche Einschränkungen bezüglich der Sendeausrüstung, die zwar von anderen Normen gebilligt werden, für den Empfänger aber nicht (unmittelbar) erkennbar sind, benachrichtigt werden kann. Fehlendes Wissen zu diesen Beschränkungen kann den Notfallprozess beeinträchtigen. Dieses Dokument beschreibt ein zusätzliches Datenkonzept, das die konsistente und nutzbare Miteinbeziehung von Informationen zu derartigen Beschränkungen vereinfacht.
Dieses Dokument kann als Nachtrag zu EN 15722 gesehen werden. Es enthält so wenig Redundanz wie möglich.
ANMERKUNG 1   Die Kommunikationsmedienprotokolle und Verfahren für die Übertragung der eCall Nachricht werden nicht in diesem Dokument festgelegt.
ANMERKUNG 2   Ergänzende Datenkonzepte können ebenfalls übertragen werden, und es wird empfohlen, solche Datenkonzepte unter Verwendung eines der in EN ISO 24978 [1] festgelegten Datenverzeichnisse festzulegen. Ein Beispiel findet sich auf www.esafetydata.com.

Le présent document définit un concept de données supplémentaires pouvant être transférées dans le cadre de la partie « données supplémentaires facultatives » du MSD d’un eCall, conformément à l’EN 15722 et dont le transfert peut s’effectuer d’un véhicule à un PSAP en cas d’accident ou d’urgence, au cours d’une session de communication eCall.
L’objectif du présent document est de fournir les moyens permettant de notifier au PSAP toute limitation de l’équipement émetteur soutenue par d’autres normes, mais qui n’est pas (immédiatement) apparente pour le récepteur. La méconnaissance de telles limitations peut entraver le processus d’urgence. Le présent document décrit un concept de données supplémentaires qui facilite l’inclusion d’informations sur ces limitations de manière cohérente et exploitable.
Ce document peut être considéré comme un ajout à la norme EN 15722 et réduit autant que possible le contenu redondant.
NOTE 1   Le présent document ne spécifie ni les protocoles des supports de communication ni les moyens de transmission du message eCall.

Ta dokument določa dodatne podatkovne koncepte, ki so lahko preneseni kot »izbirni dodatni podatkovni« del minimalnega nabora podatkov za elektronski klic v sili (eCall MSD), kot je opredeljen v standardu EN 15722, ki se lahko prenaša iz vozil do odzivne točke javne varnosti (PSAP) v primeru nesreče ali izrednih razmer prek komunikacijske seje e-klica.
Namen tega dokumenta je zagotoviti način za obveščanje odzivne točke javne varnosti o morebitnih omejitvah opreme za pošiljanje, ki so v skladu z drugimi standardi, a niso (takoj) očitne prejemniku. Nepoznavanje teh omejitev lahko ovira postopek odzivanja na izredne razmere. Ta dokument opisuje dodaten podatkovni koncept, ki omogoča dosledno in koristno vključevanje informacij o takšnih omejitvah.
